Hiya E’rbody! Good news, bad news. Good news is that I’ve posted two comics a week for this entire month so far. Bad new is the days have been inconsistent. And the reason for that is because my work schedule is inconsistent, making it hard to set a schedule for even working on my comic let alone posting it. So, I’ll make you a deal, I promise to post two comics a week. Period. I will have the first one up by Wednesday each week, and the second one up by Friday. Deal? In my mind I will still make my goal Monday and Thursday in order to hopefully still hit that mark. But if I don’t I’ll still get two up a week no matter what. Okay? Okay.
On to story news. Here it is, the actual beginning of the Filming of a Film storyline. I’ve been thinking about this one for a while. My cousin is a film school graduate down in L.A. I lived with him for a year after college and we made a lot of projects together, with me writing and acting, and him directing. I wanted to write a storyline that incorporated the film making process as I feel it can be one of the most creative and collaborative art forms out there. I’ve always LOVED making short films and I hope we can get together in the future to work together some more.
Until next time…

Hiya E’rbody! I originally posted a comic on Friday that was to be the first in the newest storyline “The Filming of a Film.” I wrote and drew that comic without writing the next few, although I had an outline for the entire story, I had yet to write past the first strip. When I sat down this weekend to write the second part of the story, I realized that I couldn’t connect the beginning I created with the story I wanted to tell as a whole. It didn’t fit.
So, I’ve decided to start the story over and turn the comic I created (and love) into just a one-shot traditional comic. I liked the comic so much I was still trying to figure out a story that stemmed from it, but I am too invested in my film storyline to start a new story from scratch. So, I’m a little behind since I need to rewrite and draw the first comic. I will try to have it posted tonight when I get home from work. As far as movies go, the next films on my radar are Tropic Thunder and Step Brothers. I feel like I haven’t seen a good comedy in a while and I hope one of those can deliver.
Until next time…

Hiya E’rbody! Well, for the second week in a row I’ve posted on a Tuesday after declaring to the heavens that I shall be updating on Mondays. My bad. I’m still gonna say that I post on Mondays and Thursdays and try to hit that target next week. Planning a wedding, it turns out, takes a lot of time. So, besides my two jobs and this comic, I’m also a wedding planner. While Kris Straub over at Starslip Crisis may be the “hardest working man in webcomics” I’m the “hardest working man who sometimes does a webcomic, and sometimes on time.”
This is also the conclusion to the Beardsmen storyline. I hope you’ve enjoyed it and perhaps it’s inspired you to grow a beard of your own and join a cult. Maybe, maybe not. I on the other hand am hard at work, in between picking out floral arrangements, writing and drawing the next episode of Student Crossing! Tune in Thursday!…Hopefully!
Until next time…

Hiya E’rbody! Today’s strip is going to be a little late. I’ve been drawing it all weekend. It’ll be up tonight for sure, you’re not gonna want to miss it! It’s a doozie!

Hiya E’rbody! Well, it’s morning to me anyway. I think I’ve decided on an update schedule. Drumroll please…Monday and Thursday! Yes the official update days are going to be twice a week on Monday and Thursday. When I first got back to updating regularly, I was reading Half Pixel’s “How to Make Webcomics” and was pumping myself up to do as many comics a week as I could. I decided on 3 a week. I have two jobs, so I don’t have the time to do one every week day. I then did 3 a week for a month and realized I didn’t really have the time to do 3. Especially since I do mine in color and most 5 day updaters are black and white line drawings.
So, for now I’m going to do two a week. It’ll hopefully give me time to update the site with all the cool things I want to add to it (Archives, Character Page, Extras) and create a nice buffer so I’m not rushing against the clock to update. And in the future if I am able to go down to one job or, even better, I start making some money with the site I will be able to bump up the schedule to 3 a week. Keep reading! I won’t let you down.
Until next time…
